Returns

 

We accept returns only in case of damaged or incorrect products received by the customer. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

 

To be eligible for a return:

•The product must be unused and in original condition

•The product must be returned with original packaging

•Return request must be made within 48 hours after delivery

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

•Products damaged due to improper use by the customer

•Products without original packaging

•Products reported after the return period

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

 

Exchange

 

In some cases, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund if the product is damaged or incorrect.
